This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and what rights you have. The principle is simple: we collect only what running the service requires, and we sell nothing.
1. What we collect
Your project information: company name, industry, funding stage, financial assumptions, competitors and team details. These are the necessary inputs for generating a report.
Email address: collected only when you pay, used to send your receipt and to let you recover purchased reports on another browser or device.
Technical information: IP address and request time, used solely for rate limiting so automated scripts cannot exhaust the model budget.
We do not collect your name, phone number, identity documents or any payment credentials.
2. Report generation uses a third-party model provider
To write the narrative sections, the project information you enter is sent to the large language model provider we use. This step is required to produce a report.
If your project details are highly sensitive, enter an anonymised name and approximate figures — the analytical framework and valuation logic work just as well.
3. Payment information never reaches us
All payments are completed on the payment provider's own pages (Creem, PayPal and others). Your card number, expiry date, CVV and bank details never pass through or rest on our servers.
From the payment provider we receive only the order number, payment status, amount and the email you supplied.
4. Where data is stored and for how long
Report content and order records are stored in object storage provided by Vercel, on servers located outside mainland China.
Reports are retained so that you can revisit them later. You may ask us to delete them at any time.
5. What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your project information with third parties for marketing.
We run no advertising and embed no ad-tracking code.
We do not use your project data to train our own models.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use only what the service needs: a record of which reports you have purchased, so that you can keep reading in the same browser without re-verifying.
There are no third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the reports and order records relating to you. Write from the email you used at checkout, or include your order number, so that we can verify the request.
We respond and act within 2 business days.
8. Minors
The Service is intended for adults with full legal capacity and is not offered to anyone under 18.
9. Updates to this policy
Any change will be published on this page with a new effective date.
