Refund Policy

There is exactly one paid item on this site: unlocking a single report, at $1.90 or ¥9.9, paid once. This policy covers every such order.

There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews, so there is no way to be charged for something you forgot to cancel.

Within 7 days of payment you can request a full refund without giving a reason.

We will not ask you to justify it, and we will not refuse because you have already read or downloaded the full report.

Email support@sech.site and include your order number. It is shown on the page you land on after payment and is also in your receipt email.

If you cannot find it, send the email address you paid with and the approximate time of payment and we will locate the order.

We action refund requests within 2 business days.

Money is returned by the original payment method. Arrival depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 5–10 business days for cards, usually faster for Alipay and WeChat Pay.

Once refunded, the paid sections and the complete PDF for that report return to a locked state automatically; sections 1–5 remain free to read.

You are welcome to purchase the same report again later.

If the same report was charged more than once, tell us and we will refund the excess in full, regardless of the 7-day window.

If you paid but the report never unlocked, contact us immediately. We treat this as a priority: we will grant access manually, or refund you in full if you no longer want it.
