Terms of Service

The Service automatically generates a 16-section equity investment feasibility report from the company and financial information you supply. It covers industry analysis, business model, financial projections, DCF valuation, Monte Carlo simulation, sensitivity analysis, a risk matrix, term-sheet advice and exit paths.

Every number in the report is computed by the site's built-in quantitative models from the assumptions you provide; the narrative is written by a large language model. Sections 1–5 are free forever. Sections 6–16 and the complete PDF require a one-time payment.

The Service does not require registration. Generating a report and reading the free sections need no identity information.

At checkout you provide an email address. It is used only to send your purchase receipt and to let you recover a purchased report after switching browser or device.

Unlocking one report costs $1.90 USD or ¥9.9 CNY as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. A purchase unlocks only the specific report it was made for.

If prices change, the change applies only to orders placed afterwards and never affects completed purchases.

International card payments are processed by Creem acting as Merchant of Record. Creem will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and Creem collects and remits any VAT or sales tax due in your country. This site never sees or stores your card number or payment credentials.

Access opens automatically once payment clears, usually within seconds, with no human step involved. If a network problem delays it, the page keeps polling the order status; you can also return later and reach the report using your order number or purchase email.

If a report is still locked more than 30 minutes after payment, contact us with your order number and we will verify and grant access manually.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the company information and financial assumptions you enter. Every conclusion in the report rests on those inputs; distorted inputs produce distorted conclusions.

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, and you may not issue automated bulk requests that degrade the Service for others. Report generation is rate-limited.

You own the data you enter and the report generated from it. You are free to use the report commercially, including for fundraising, internal decisions and further editing.

The site's software, page design, report template structure and methodology write-ups remain our property. You may not copy the site in order to offer a competing service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any report or its fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost business opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. In any event our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the report concerned.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If that makes a report you have paid for permanently inaccessible, we will refund that payment in full.

Any change will be published on this page with a new effective date. Changes are not retroactive; completed orders remain governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
